Where do you deliver your cakes, cookies or cupcakes?
We offer delivery services to the Las Vegas Metro area only.
Do you ship cakes or cupcakes?
We regret that we cannot ship cakes or cupcakes.
What cake flavors & fillings do you have?
We have standard cake flavors, standard cake fillings & premium fillings. We also offer custom fillings.
I have my own cake flavor in mind, do you do custom cake flavors?
Our cakes are made to order, so let us know and we'll do everything we can to make it for you!
How can I order a cakes, cupcakes or cookies?
We take orders either by phone, email, or through our online form.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We'd like as much lead-time as possible, but if you have a short notice order, ask us, and we'll try to get it done for you! If possible, we ask that you give us at least 2 to 3 weeks notice on cake and cookie orders.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, by-appointment only. Call for directions.
Is a deposit required when placing an order?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required for all orders.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and credit/debit cards are accepted through PayPal. We also use Square and the Cash App.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
A retainer of 50% is due at the time of order placement. Balance is due in full at the time of delivery or pickup.
If an order is not picked up on the day of delivery or delivery is denied, the client is responsible for the remaining balance. We will make every attempt to contact the client in the event of a missed pickup date or denied delivery.
In the event of cancellation:
1. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing.
2. If a cancellation is received, the aforementioned retainer will not be refunded.
3. If a cancellation is received less than one week prior to the delivery date, the full aforementioned retainer will not be refunded.

According the Southern Nevada Health District, A cottage food operation, as allowed by Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 446, means a natural person who manufactures or prepares food items in a non-food establishment setting for sale to a natural person. In Clark County, a cottage food operation can only prepare or sell food items that are deemed as not potentially hazardous and shelf-stable.
